If you’re an aspirant that seriously want to be qualified for for admission into the Akwa Ibom school of Nursing, then you have to meet the following requirements;

• You must have either WAEC, NECO, or GCE with at least Five (5) credit passes in subjects which include English Language, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics at not more than two sittings.
• Three recent color passport photographs
• Original and two photocopies of each educational certificate (FSLC, WASSCE, GCE, or NECO)
• Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
• Certificate of Local Government of Origin
• Affidavit documents (if applicable)
• You must not be below the age of sixteen (16) years at the time of application.

How to Apply for Akwa Ibom State School of Nursing Admission Form 2023/2024

For easy application, all candidates who wish to apply for the Akwa Ibom State School of Nursing and Midwifery Admission Form should visit the school and do the following:

• Pay a Registration fee of N5,000.00
• Pay a Processing fee of N7,000.00
• Pay a Nursing and Midwifery Committee fee of N200.00
• Pay a Customized file fee of N300.00

Registration starts from Monday – Friday and the time range for application is from 8:30 am – 3:00 pm daily except for public holidays and weekends at the Nursing Services Directorate, Ministry of Health headquarters, Idongesit Nkanga Secretariat, Uyo.
