The management of the University of Benin (UNIBEN) has released the New Session Academic Calendar for both the first and second semester.
Following the approval by the senate, University of Benin (UNIBEN) Management has officially announced Friday 27th December, 2024 as the date for the commencement of online registration for all newly admitted students of the 2024/2025 Academic Session.

- UNIBEN Resumption Date for returning students 2024/2025: Sunday 23rd February, 2025.
- UNIBEN Resumption Date for second semester 2024/2025: Sunday 15th June, 2025.
- UNIBEN Resumption Date for 2025/2026 academic session: Monday 7th October, 2025.
