The management of the University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) hereby notifies all the candidates who applied for admission into the school for the undergraduate programme that the admission list For the 2025/2026 academic session is now out, see how to check your Admission status below.
How To Check UNIMAID Admission List 2025 Online
If you are willing to know how to check yours online in the school’s portal, below are steps you should follow to check their Admission List;
- Visit UNIMAID Admission Portal via https://unimaid.edu.ng/
- Navigate to ‘Admission’ and Click on it
- Look for the ‘Check Admission List’ Button and Click it
- A pop-up will show which contains the 2025/2026 provisional admission
- Make sure you download the UNIMAID admission for the 2025/2026 academic session in PDF Format via the UNIMAID portal.

How To Check UNIMAID Admission On JAMB CAPS
Checking the UNIMAID Admission Status On JAMB CAPS is easier than you might have thought, you just have to follow the steps below to check your status successfully and accept if ready;
- Go to the JAMB CAPS Portal at https://jamb.gov.ng/efacility/
- Login to your JAMB profile with your Email (the one you used to register for JAMB) and password.
- Scroll down and click on the ‘Check Admission Status‘ button.
- Choose your Exam year and Enter your JAMB registration number in the space provided.
- Lastly, Click on ‘Check Admission Status‘ to see your UNIMAID admission status.
- If you’ve been offered admission into UNIMAID, A message will show on your screen saying Congratulations, you have been offered admission into UNIMAID and you will see two options; ACCEPT or REJECT
Note: Don’t be too happy and click on reject because it has happen to many students before, be very careful.
