About Godfrey Okoye University
Godfrey Okoye University (GO University) was founded in 2009 by the Very Reverend Father Professor Dr. Christian Anieke for the Catholic Diocese of Enugu. The university, which got its operational licence on 3 November 2009 from the National Universities Commission (NUC), belongs to the Catholic Diocese of Enugu in Nigeria. It is the first university owned by a Catholic Diocese in Africa.

GOUNI General Admission Requirements
For you be considered for admission into the Godfrey Okoye University (GOUNI), you are advised to meet the following requirements:
- Have a minimum of five (5) O’Level credits at not more than two (2) sittings in relevant subjects.
- Have minimum JAMB score of 160 in the recent JAMB Exam.
- Have a good score in the GOUNI post UTME Exam.
- Have a merit pass in the NCE, NND and other advanced level certificates (DE Candidates only).
